Josh Loebner is the Director of Strategy for the Knoxville-based advertising agency, Designsensory, and the author of the blog, advertisinganddisability.com. He is a noted speaker and resource for journalists and industry leaders on advertising and disability, most recently featured as an industry expert in New Mobility magazine’s cover story on the subject.

Loebner has spoken on the subject at the Forum on Workplace Inclusion alongside Singleton Beato, EVP of the 4A’s. In 2016, he was elected to a three-year term on the City of Knoxville Mayor’s Council on Disability Issues and he also served as the 2015/2016 District 7 Diversity Chair.

Loebner is also a contributing author of textbook on advertising and disability to be published in 2017, and teaches upper level communication courses as adjunct faculty at King University.

Loebner is partially blind and visually impaired, which he says gives him a unique perspective on this issue. He’s also a fantastic presenter, so come prepared to be enlightened and entertained.

During the luncheon the AAF Knoxville Board of Directors will award the 2017 Sam Littleton Scholarship to two students. The scholarship is awarded by the AAF Board to students who are currently enrolled locally to earn advertising related degrees. Students submit essays to apply.
